We know that investing in furniture with integrated sound is a big decision, especially without experiencing it first. That’s why we offer you the opportunity to test our products in your own home – in your own surroundings. If the solution does not meet your expectations, we will handle the return. How It Works
- You place an order for your product.
- Once it arrives at your address, your 30-day trial period begins.
- If you wish to return the product within the 30 days, simply contact us via email. We will send you a return label or arrange pickup, depending on your location.
- Once we confirm that the product is in good condition, we will begin processing your refund, which typically takes 3–10 days. The return fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Important Return Information
To approve the return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. If there are signs of wear or missing accessories, we will assess the situation and may deduct part of the refund.
The original packaging is required – unfortunately, we cannot accept returns without it.

Our products can be purchased directly from our website or by contacting us. You also have a full 30-day return policy on our audio systems, allowing you to test them in the comfort of your home. We understand that to truly appreciate our products, you need to see and hear them.

That’s why we offer a five-year warranty on the electronics in all our integrated audio systems—because we know how important it is for you to rely on your equipment.
