Warranty & Returns

Returning Your Product

We understand that a piece of furniture with integrated sound must fit perfectly into your home. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on shelves with built-in sound systems if the product does not meet your expectations.

There is no return policy for shelves made to your specifications in the configurator.

To return a product, you must email us at info@frislev.com within 30 days of receiving it. Please include your reason for the return. The product must be returned in its original packaging and packed in the same way you received it.

Once we receive your request, we will send you a prepaid return label, which you simply need to print and attach to the package. You can then drop off the package with a shipping provider or arrange for pickup. Please note that home pickup may, in some cases, require you to be available for the entire day.

When the product arrives at one of our approved return locations, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition and includes all components.

If everything is in order – which it usually is – we will confirm receipt and begin processing your refund. Depending on your bank, it may take 7–10 days for the money to be credited to your account. The return fee will be deducted from the total amount and applies per shipment.


Warranty

All Frislev products are covered by a warranty that varies depending on the product. The specific warranty period is stated in the product description.

Shelves come with a 2-year warranty, while electronics include an extended 5-year warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and includes both spare parts and repairs.


The warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic damage, and scratches
  • Damage caused by extreme temperature or humidity conditions
  • Material changes or discoloration due to excessive sunlight exposure
  • Theft or fire

To validate the warranty, you must provide proof of purchase with the purchase date.

If a required spare part is no longer available, we will replace it with an equivalent component or a similar product.


What to Do If an Issue Arises

Our sound systems are designed to be repaired easily and quickly. If a problem occurs, you usually won’t need to return the product. Contact us, and we will guide you through replacing the necessary part—whether it's an amplifier, a sound module, or another component.

We will ensure you receive the necessary spare parts along with instructions on how to replace them easily. It’s a simple process, and of course, you remain covered by the warranty throughout.

If a return is necessary, the product must be sent back in its original packaging.
