Prices

All prices at Frislev are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price errors, out-of-stock items, and discontinued products are subject to availability.

Payment

Frislev accepts payments via bank transfer. All amounts are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Errors and out-of-stock items are subject to reservation.

Delivery of Standard Products

Orders placed before 5 PM are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed later will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping Costs for Denmark:

• DKK 350 for business addresses
• DKK 500 for private addresses

Deliveries are handled by Møbeltransport, PostNord, GLS, or other couriers depending on the order. If there is no space at the selected pick-up location, the package will be redirected to the nearest location, and you will be notified.

Delivery Times:

• Stock items: 1–3 business days
• Custom-made products: 4–6 weeks
• Custom shelving systems: Up to 8 weeks

Delivery of Cabinet Systems and Integrated HiFi

Shelving systems and fabric doors are made to order and are typically dispatched within 3–6 weeks.

Custom cabinet systems: Up to 8 weeks delivery time.

Deliveries are handled by furniture transport services. Frislev will notify you when your order is ready and provide the delivery date.

Shipping Costs for other countrys:

For delivery outside of Denmark, we will obtain a price from the shipping company.

VAT and Duties for Purchases Outside Denmark

For customers ordering from countries outside Denmark, goods are delivered without Danish VAT. This means that the price you pay with us does not include VAT. Instead, you must settle VAT and any applicable customs duties in the country where the goods are delivered.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all applicable taxes and duties are paid in accordance with local regulations. We recommend that you check the specific import rules in your country before placing an order.

Warranty and Complaints

You are entitled to a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects but does not cover damage caused by improper handling. Complaints must be made within a reasonable timeframe after the defect is discovered.

Electronics Warranty:

• 5 years on electronics and speaker units

Refunds

For approved refunds, please provide your bank details (registration and account number). These details will be handled confidentially and used solely for the refund process.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard products.

Exceptions:
Custom-made shelving systems and products made to specific measurements are not eligible for returns.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

1. Notify us in writing at info@frislev.com of your decision to withdraw.
2. Return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
3. Frislev will provide a return label and arrange pick-up.

Please note:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• The item will be inspected upon return. If the item is as new, a refund will be issued minus shipping costs. Any depreciation will be deducted from the refund.

You cannot withdraw from a purchase by refusing to accept the delivery without notifying us.

Items Excluded from Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made products tailored to the customer’s specifications.
• Digital content not supplied on a physical medium.

To process your order, we collect the following information:

• Purchase details

This data is used solely to process your order and is handled in compliance with Frislev's privacy policy, available on our website.

Financing Terms – SparXpres

If you choose to finance your purchase through SparXpres, the loan agreement is strictly between you and SparXpres. Frislev is not responsible for the terms or conditions of the loan. All inquiries should be directed to SparXpres.
